Bethany Sorichetti
Finance Coordinator
Bethany is the Finance Coordinator, among several other hats, who lives in Waterloo, Ontario. Though she lives in the city now, she grew up in a small town near by and goes back several times a week to be with family. She graduated in 2018 from the University of Guelph with a BA in International Development. While still studying, Bethany connected with True North Aid for the first time to organize a sea canister full of donations. After several years of volunteering, Bethany joined the staff as a Finance Assistant, utilizing her inclination towards numbers and organization. Leaving to have her son, Theodore, Bethany is now back from maternity leave working to elevate the financial, administrative and operational efficiencies of True North Aid. With a passion to see communities take the lead in their own development, Bethany is honoured to be a part of the True North Aid team. When not at work, or chasing around her little, Bethany loves to read and though not a car enthusiast, watch Top Gear/Grand Tour with her husband, but mostly read.
