In 2017, True North Aid purchased a 40-foot shipping container for the Onion Lake First Nation community in Northern Saskatchewan. The shipment was filled with food, warm clothing, baby items, and other goods to be distributed in Onion Lake. It continues to be used to this day to store flour and other goods for the food program there.
