True North Aid was proud to support The Ballantyne Project’s #WeSeeYou Trips in May 2022, and 2023 in Vancouver, British Columbia. #WeSeeYou Trip is bringing youth from Lytton First Nation, BC and Fort Chipeywan, Alberta to Vancouver, BC, for a 5-7-day educational, cultural and life-changing trip. In 2024, youth from 5 different communities in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and the Northwest Territories will take part.
Activities included Capilano University and their Indigenous Film Program,commercial kitchens,  Vancouver Airport, Job Shadowing, visits to Indigenous Art Galleries, Suspension Bridge, Aquarium and more!
