Direct Monetary Donations
True North Aid would not be able to reach more than 25,000 people each year without the generous contributions of our donors. With your help, we continue to be able to work with more than 160 northern and remote Indigenous communities across Canada. Every single donation is appreciated and adds to our impact. The best way to help us prepare to meet the needs of communities as they reach out to us is by donating to our General Fund. This enables us to follow the leads of community champions, supporting the goals and priorities they have identified. Donations can be made by clicking below or by mailing a cheque to True North Aid, PO Box 37023, Kitchener, ON N2A 4A7.
Product Donations
While we are not able to accept individual donations at True North Aid, we are always in need of large quantities of supplies to send north. The top major requests from Communities are:
- Baby supplies (diapers, wipes, formula, etc.)
- Sports equipment
- Hygiene products (soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, etc.)
- School supplies (backpacks, pencils, erasers, etc.)

Peer-to-Peer Fundraising
Our peer-to-peer fundraising tool is a great way to celebrate a birthday, wedding, or special life event, or a beautiful way to honour a loved one. Simply pick an area of support, decide on your goal dollar amount, share why you are organizing the fundraiser in the description, and begin sharing with your community. While much of our work is remote, we welcome volunteering inquiries!
