Lightning Dawn

Lightning Dawn began in the summer of 2020, created by Tyadg McGauley and facilitated by two trainers from Enoch First Nation. Lightning Dawn brought together a diverse group of Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth to train and play hockey together, helping to create unity and increase hockey skills. Not only are youth trained in an inclusive and diverse environment, they also develop friendships that are fruitful in both on-ice and off-ice endeavours.
